Freshmen Guide: Admission and Enrollment Procedure

FRESHMEN ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

1. Before going to the designated TSU campus, print your TSU CAT Result which can be accessed via https://cat.tsu.edu.ph.
2. Present your COVID-19 vaccination card upon entry to the university. In the absence of a vaccination card, the enrollee is required to present a valid and negative RT-PCR test result taken within 72 hours.
3. Submit the complete credentials placed in a long brown envelope to the registrar-in-charge at the enrollment/admission area. Afterwards, you will be given an admission slip and student number.
4. After verification of credentials, you will be enrolled by your respective colleges.
5. A week after enrollment, visit https://cat.tsu.edu.ph to get your Office 365 account for your student portal.
6. Using your Office 365 account, log in to your student portal and print your Certificate of Registration (COR). (Note: Class schedule is reflected on your COR.)
7. Wait for the official announcement regarding the claiming of student IDs and purchasing of college uniform at the TSU Business Center. (Note: Purchasing of uniform at the Business Center is not mandatory.)

REQUIREMENTS:

• TSU College Admission Test (TSU CAT) Result (Original Copy)
• Report Card Form 138 (1st and 2nd Semesters of Grade 12) / ALS (Alternative Learning System) Certificate of Rating Result (Original Copy)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
• Machine Copy Authenticated PSA Birth Certificate
• Two (2) pcs. 2x2 colored photo with name tag (taken within the last six months)
• Health Examination Certificate (Original Copy) from a government physician or family doctor
• One (1) pc. self-addressed stamped mailing envelope
• Accomplished Application Form for College Enrollment (tsu-ora-sf-02-application-form-for-college-enrollment-1.pdf)
